Francis DiGuiseppe- President, CEO Francis started in the I.B.E.W Local Union #26 ‘R” Program in 1976 and joined the Apprenticeship Program in 1978, graduating second in the class of 1982. He was a working foreman from 1982 through 1985 on projects ranging from data-center fire alarm and suppression systems, generator installations, preventive maintenance jobs, and tenant build-outs to service calls. He then advanced to a project manager and systems designer from 1986 to 2005. He is now proudly the CEO & President of his own company, Specified Electrical Systems, LLC. Ricky Griffin- Project Manager Ricky has close to a decade of experience working for the I.B.E.W Local #26. He has been involved in a variety of projects covering many aspects of the trade. Along with his experience in the field and office, he has a bachelor's degree from Pennsylvania State University in labor and industrial relations with minor in dispute resolution management. Norm Strickland- Project Manager Norm has been a member of I.B.E.W Local #26 since 1991. Norm holds a Maryland master electrician license, and is also NICET Level #I for fire protection engineering. He has been actively pursuing NICET #II by attending AFAA, continuing educational courses. Some of his project experience includes; Fire Alarm upgrades at the Miller Senate office building, Franklin Court, & The Westin Hotel on Embassy Row in Washington, DC. Norm was the general foreman for the 2001 & 2004 multi-million dollar improvements to FedEx Field as well as the St. Mary's Hospital expansion in Leonardtown, Md. E-mail Norm: norm@specifiedes.com
